"Unknown error during upload" when adding folders to Nextcloud.

This error may occur if you have tried to upload a folder that has sub-folders.

Only single folders containing media files can be uploaded to the WildObs Image Platform Nextcloud.

For example, the following organisation of images for a deployment arranged into sub-folders may cause an error:

Nextcloud:

├───Test_Deployment

│   ├───Day_1

│   │   ├───IMG1001.JPG

│   │   ├───IMG1002.JPG

│   │   └───IMG1003.JPG

│   ├───Day_2

│   │   ├───IMG2001.JPG

│   │   ├───IMG2002.JPG

│   │   └───IMG2003.JPG

│   └───Day_3

│       ├───IMG3001.JPG

│       ├───IMG3002.JPG

│       └───IMG3003.JPG

If images do upload successfully in a folder organisation with sub-folders, please note that only one folder can be added to a deployment. In this case, Day 1, Day2 and Day 3 would all need to be added as separate deployments.

To ensure all 9 images can be added to a single deployment, they should be arranged as follows:

Nextcloud:

├───Test_Deployment

│   ├───IMG1001.JPG

│   ├───IMG1002.JPG

│   ├───IMG1003.JPG

│   ├───IMG2001.JPG

│   ├───IMG2002.JPG

│   ├───IMG2003.JPG

│   ├───IMG3001.JPG

│   ├───IMG3002.JPG

│   └───IMG3003.JPG

Please refer to Upload images via Nextcloud for details on how your folders of media should be organised in Nextcloud.
